My high school friend Jonna Sasser Owens gave me this recipe and then I added a few tweaks. This stuff is so good served over brie, or on chicken.

  1. Peel and de-seed tomatoes. Chop onions and garlic and cook them over medium heat in a bit of oil. Add chopped tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer until thickened, about 45 minutes.
