  1. Mix the first five ingredients. Serve in rock glass and garnish with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf and chili slices.

This was very good - and I especially enjoyed the addition of the chili, which I think made the drink really 'special'. BUT I wasn't sure if the lychees were meant to be kept whole or pureed. They really didn't do much to the drink whole (as I kept them) and were actually a pain to drink around (I ate them quickly). Instead of simple syrup, I just used some of the syrup the lychees were packed in. I will make again, but I will puree the lychees next time, I think.
