- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 1⁄3 cup light corn syrup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cardamom
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 3⁄4 cup blanched whole almond
- 1⁄2 cup hazelnuts or 1/2 cup filberts
directions
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Melt butter in 15x10x1-inch jelly-roll pan in oven (4 to 5 minutes).
- Stir in all remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until almonds are golden brown.
- Stir mixture immediately after removing from oven.
