ingredients
- 500 g mascarpone cheese
- 5 eggs
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 30 ml coffee
- 250 g Savoiardi cookies
- 100 g chocolate
directions
- mix the red part of egg with sugar
- add mascarpone
- beat the egg whites until stiff
- add part one with part three obtening a cream
- put cookies (savoiardo in coffee)
- put in a holder cookies wet with coffee, then cream and chocolate grated.
