just plain good.vegetarian or adapt to your tastes with real meat or poultry. use my salsa recipe as the base to this great little pizza.
- 4 flour tortillas
- chopped green onion
- sliced black olives
- 1 cup cooked Quorn Naked Chik'n Cutlet
- shredded cheddar cheese
- preheat oven to 325 degrees. add my salsa to tortilla. add cheese to individual tortillas, top with onions,olives,quorn chicken.place in oven for 15-20 minutes. i like to serve with some sliced avacado and beer.
