    Directions:

      Mix the first 8 ingredients by hand in a large bowl.
    2. 2
      Split the mixture in half. Place half in a 9 in round casserole dish & form a concave bowl in the middle.

      Place slices of mozzarella cheese into the formed bowl pressing as close to the edges as possible.
    4. 4
      Put the rest of the meat mixture on top & smooth over, sealing the edges.
    5. 5
      Smear a light layer of ketchup on the top.
    6. 6
      Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
