Tex-Mex Dip

"A yummy dip that everyone loves. I usually serve with tortilla chips. It's best to use rubber gloves when handling hot peppers."

• Yields: 3 cups
• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 16 ounces sour cream
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
• 4 ounces green chilies, seeded and minced
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

directions

1. Mix together in a bowl.
2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for two hours before serving.
