Teriyaki Pork Roast (Crockpot Recipe)

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup low sodium soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped finely
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
• 1 (11 1/2 ounce) can apple juice concentrate
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 3 -4 lbs boneless pork roast

directions

1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together, stirring to completely blend.
2. Using a long tined fork poke the roast all over so that the sauce can seep into the meat.
3. Pour 1/2 of the sauce mix into the crock pot. Place the roast on top. Pour the remaining sauce over the roast; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
