Done my way.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion (Kroger frozen bag)
- 4 cups frozen tater tots (more or less-to cover only)
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
- Transfer meat mixture into a shallow 2 quart baking dish.
- Cover meat with soup.
- Top with a single layer of tater tots.
- Cover with cheese.
- Cook as long as Tater Tots have to cook.
