This was super easy and we enjoyed it. Made as directed but had a larger pork tenderloin--about 2.5 lbs. Even so, this was plenty of time to cook. It was so tender, there was nothing to do but shred it up. Next time I may just try all day on low as I am usually not here to switch from high to low; I don't think it would hurt at all. I served it with baked sweet potatoes and a California blend of veggies for a yummy supper. Thanks for a tasty way to use up some cranberry sauce in the back of my pantry.

Super easy, and my picky family surprised me by really enjoying it. Used organic jellied cranberry sauce which isn't as sweet as commercial varieties. Result had a fruity, slightly barbecue flavor and the pork came out so tender it could have been shredded with a fork. Cooked 5-6 hours on low. Served over brown rice. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

We really enjoyed this. I cooked a 1 1/2 LB Pork Tenderloin, and follwed the recipe to the letter. My 80 yr old Mom LOVED IT. She had seconds at the table, and had a couple of "bites" off the serving platter when she was putting her plate in the sink. The sauce was awesome!!! I would give this more than 5 stars if I could. Made for "This little piggy went to market" event in the Photo Forum for April. Wish my pictures looked as good as this tasted. Served with Brown/Wild Rice and French Style Green Beans. Super Easy and Tasty. Thanks for posting.

I used 2 - 1 lb. tenderloins, but kept the sauce ingredients the same. Since I wasn't sure what time everyone would be home for dinner, this ended up cooking for about and hour longer than it was supposed to. No problems, though. It turned out tender and very flavorful. I used the left-overs to make a pasta sauce! Thanks for posting this yummy recipe, Debbie.
