Tasty Pork Tenderloin

This was good and extremely easy to make. From "Fix-It and Forget-It Lightly." Serve over rice.

This was super easy and we enjoyed it. Made as directed but had a larger pork tenderloin--about 2.5 lbs. Even so, this was plenty of time to cook. It was so tender, there was nothing to do but shred it up. Next time I may just try all day on low as I am usually not here to switch from high to low; I don't think it would hurt at all. I served it with baked sweet potatoes and a California blend of veggies for a yummy supper. Thanks for a tasty way to use up some cranberry sauce in the back of my pantry.

  1. Put pork in crockpot.
  2. Mix everything else tog4ether and pour over pork.
  3. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours and then on low for 3-4 hours.
  4. Serve over rice.
