ingredients

• 453.59 g yellow cake mix
• 295.73 ml bananas, thinly sliced
• 236.59 ml buttermilk
• 59.14 ml coffee, cold
• 2 eggs

• Frosting

• 315.37 ml powdered sugar
• 1.23 ml salt
• 14.79 ml butter
• 29.58-44.37 ml cold coffee

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a 13 X 9-inch baking pan.
3. In a large bowl, blend cake mix, bananas, buttermilk, cold coffee, and eggs.
4. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed.
5. Pour into greased pan.
6. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until bar springs back when touched lightly in center; cool.
7. Mix frosting ingredients until smooth, frost bars.
