I got this recipe from a coworker years ago. It is one of those great recipes that you want to always have for anytime. These are easy and taste great. Anytime I take these to a new group, the recipe is always asked for.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir to mix and set aside.
  3. In large bowl beat butter and add both sugars; beat until fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla and add flour mixture; mixing until well combined.
  5. Stir in oats, cornflakes, coconut and nuts.
  6. Roll Dough into one inch balls and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper; flatten slightly.
  7. Bake 8-10 minutes.
