  • Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in pan, add pork chops, and brown on both sides for about 4-6 min, until juices run clear.
  • Remove pork chops from pan, and add remaining ingredients, do not clean pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring consistently until glaze has reached a boil. Lower heat a bit, and simmer, while stirring, until glaze has thickened. (About 5 min).
  • Add pork chops back to pan, cover in sauce and cook an additional minute or two. Turn of heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve with glaze over chops.
