Tangy Lemon Herb Sauce

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1⁄2 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon finely chopped lemon zest
- 1⁄2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
directions
- Place all ingredients in small bowl and stir with whisk until smooth.
- Let stand for 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
- If not serving following resting, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Made this several days ago & doubled it, knowing for sure that we enjoy it! Had it the first night with some baked salmon & it was outstanding! The next night it topped a couple of chicken breasts & that was wonderful, as well! I do like Acadia's tip to use it as a dipping sauce, & will definitely have to make it again just for that!
