This is the closest I've found to Taco Bell's ground beef - this version is a bit less oily (or a bit drier, depending on one's point of view) - adding 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil changes that.
- Combine all ingredients and knead to blend well.
- Brown for 5-6 minutes in a large frying pan or wok, breaking up into fine pieces with a spatula.

I love this recipe. I cook for my husband, 2 yr old daughter and my father, all of which have completely different tastes. This is a great dish that is easy to make and even easier to adapt to my families taste. I do add cumin for a little extra flavor but other than that we love the texture and moistness.
