  1. Grate apple, including skin.
  2. Put into mixing bowl.
  3. Add yoghurt and mix well.
  4. Stir in nuts, oats and cinnamon (if using).
  5. Combine well.
  6. Serve.
  7. Nice served with fresh fruit and nuts.
