Sweet Potato Casserole

ingredients
- 4 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed, drain can if using canned
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups melted margarine
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups nuts (optional)
- 1 cup butter
directions
- P{reheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix first five ingredients together and pour into a large baking pan. 9x13-inch when using at least with 4 cups sweet potatoes.
- Mix last 4 ingredients together and put on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
