It doesn't get any easier than this for wonderfully flavored chicken breasts. I used a Chardonnay which worked perfectly with the mustard and brown sugar producing a flavorful and tender/moist chicken breast. You won't go wrong with this recipe.

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Lighty sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper; place in a baking pan.
  3. Mix together brown mustard, brown sugar and wine; pour over chicken and turn to evenly coat.
  4. Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes or until done.
