- 354.88 ml medium grain rice or 354.88 ml long grain rice
- 709.77 ml water
- 2.46 ml salt (heaping)
- 1892.72 ml whole milk (I use 2%)
- 14.78 ml vanilla
- 14.78 ml cinnamon
- 236.59 ml dried cranberries
- 236.59 ml raisins
- 7.39 ml honey
- 236.59 ml ricotta cheese
- 236.59 ml apple cider
directions
- Boil rice, water and salt for 15 minutes make sure your pot is covered.
- Add milk, vanilla, cinnamon, cranberry, raisins, honey and ricotta cheese. Cook in oven at 250 for 20 minutes.
- Cool until warm and serve.
