ingredients

2 cups sour cream
5 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons German mustard
salt & freshly ground black pepper
10 cups shredded red cabbage
2 cups diced peeled cucumbers
2 cups shredded cored apples
³⁄₄ cup minced green onion
4 teaspoons caraway seeds

directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl; season with salt and pepper.
Combine all remaining ingredients in large serving bowl; pour dressing over and toss gently to mix.
Refrigerate, covered, until serving time.
