- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground pork
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 boiled mashed potatoes
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 crushed bay leaf
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 dash clove
- 1 dash cinnamon

GRAVY
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 3 cups stock
- 1 cup cream
- 1 pinch salt
- browning sauce, to colour
directions
- Saute onion.
- Combine potato, meat, crumbs, eggs and seasonings.
- Add onion.
- Shape in 1 inch balls.
- Roll in flour.
- Brown.
- GRAVY: Melt butter.
- Add flour.
- Mix over heat, and add stock, cream and salt and browning.
- Simmer 4-5 minutes Pour over Meatballs.
- Cook meatballs and gravy together 40-50 mins.
