  • Rinse rice with water about 5 times. Place rice in rice cooker and add the appropriate amount of water, reducing water by approximately 2 oz.
  • Cook the rice. After it is cooked, rest rice for 10-20 minutes.
  • Spread cooked rice in a large shallow pan or bowl. Pour sushi seasoning over the rice.
  • Mix well while the rice is very hot.
  • Spread rice mixture back out in the pan or bowl and allow it to sit for 10 minutes for cooling.
  • Rice is now ready to use in sushi.
