Sun-Dried Tomato Spread

ingredients

• 3 1⁄2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
• 10 tablespoons olive oil
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

directions

1. Blend ingredients together in a food processor.

I've made something similar to this, though I add a couple of garlic cloves and oregano to the mix. I place this blended mixture on a slab of cream cheese and serve it with a spreading knife and crackers.
