- 236.59 ml pitted dates
- 236.59 ml sultana raisin
- 236.59 ml currants
- 236.59 ml dried apricot
- 236.59 ml chopped walnuts
- 59.14 ml orange liqueur
- 236.59 ml unsweetened flaked coconut
directions
- In a food processor, chop all fruit.
- (You could also do that by hand.) Add walnuts and liqueur and process to mix.
- Using 1 teaspoon of mixture for each, form balls.
- Roll each ball in coconut.
- Looks pretty in small paper candy wrappers.
