- 510.29 g lemon cake mix
- 96.38 g instant lemon pudding mix or 96.38 g vanilla instant pudding mix
- 236.59 ml water
- 118.29 ml canola oil
- 4 eggs
- 44.37 ml poppy seeds

For glaze
- 59.16 ml lemon juice
- 118.29 ml sugar
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients for bread in a mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
- Bake in 2 large bread pans at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
- Put glaze over bread as soon as you take the bread out of the oven.
