Stu2's Horsey Sauce

"A great compliment to any beef dish, including Corned Beef. My wife only likes beef roasts when they are accompanied by a horseradish sauce. I made up this to appease her and coincide with a low fat diet, enjoy!"

• Serves: 2-4

ingredients

• 4 tablespoons prepared horseradish
• 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper

directions

1. Add ingredients and mix well. Use an electric mixer to whip into a creamy bit of greatness.
