"Our family recipe for Swedish meatballs. Serve with boiled new potatoes and Lingonberries or have on your favorite spaghetti."

ingredients

• 118.29 ml half-and-half
• 453.59 g ground beef
• 59.14 ml cracker crumb
• 2.46 ml salt
• 0.61 ml pepper
• 1 small onion
• 1 egg
• 1.23 ml celery seed
• 0.61 ml nutmeg

directions

1. Mix well and roll into balls 1 inch in diameter.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Felt like meat balls - this recipe caught my eye and they were excellent - cut recipe back to half - no problem. Tasty easy and quick Thanks Bec - It's a keeper
