- 1⁄2 lb ham
- 1⁄4 lb salami
- 1⁄4 lb pepperoni
- 1⁄4 lb provolone cheese
- 1⁄4 lb swiss cheese
- 1⁄4 lb mozzarella cheese
- 1 (13 7/8 ounce) can pillsbury pizza dough
directions
- The trick is to always start and end with cheese.
- Roll out the pizza dough the size of a cookie sheet w/ at least a 1 inch lip. Layer the cold cuts and cheeses the long way down the center of the pizza dough.
- Flip the small edges inward and seal the edges w/ a little water. Then flip over the long ends and seal w/ a little water.
- Flip over so that the sealed edges are touching the cookie sheet. Brush w/ melted butter and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
- The easiest way to serve is to slice 1 - 2 inch strips w/ an electric knife and serve.
