Tangy and refreshing. Sounds a bit strange but they are so good!
- Put rhubarb and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook, stirring often, until rhubarb is cooked (it should mush up like applesauce).
- Put rhubarb mixtures, strawberries and yogurt into a blender and puree.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
