Simple, simple simple! Use this as... a frosting for cake, ice cream, a topping for sundaes, strawberry shortcake. Use you imagination.
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1⁄4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- Whip cream until it starts to thicken.
- Add confectioners sugar, and salt.
- Beat until cream holds its peaks.
- Fold in vanilla and 3/4 cup cut up strawberries.
- Use the rest of the strawberries for garnish.
