Steamed Brussels Sprouts in the Buff

This “in the buff” recipe won’t compete with seasoning of other items on your menu.


  1. Trim ends off of Brussels sprouts, removing blemished outer leaf if necessary.
  2. Fill 2 quart pot (medium size) with water, so it is just below metal steamer basket.
  3. Bring water to boil.
  4. Place Brussels Sprouts into steamer basket.
  5. Cover with lid and steam for 6 to 12 minutes.
  6. Drain water and enjoy!
