Directions

  1. Mix flour and salt.
  2. Coat steaks.
  3. In skillet, heat oil and cook steaks until browned on both sides.
  4. Place each steak onto a piece of bread and keep warm.
  5. Into drippings in pan, stir in chili sauce,water, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and mustard.
  6. Stir to mix well and heat to boiling.
  7. Spoon sauce over steaks.

Quite good; super easy to make, and very quick. A good weeknight, I-Don't-Have-Any-Time-Tonight-To-Cook recipe. I would make these again. Made for Zingo! ZWT3.
