  1. Cut steak into bite sized pieces, and trim off excess fat.
  2. Saute until no longer pink.
  3. Drain off oil.
  4. Add all other ingredients.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer at least 20 min.
  6. Serve over rice.
