  1. In a large mixing bowl, add fresh ginger juice, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper; mix well.
  2. Next, while mixing, add the honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, duck sauce and Dijon mustard.
  3. Steak must be submerged in marinade and left overnight in refrigerator.
  4. Place each steak on hot grill, about 5 minutes per side. Serve!

This was lovely, I used hoisin sauce for the chinese duck sauce as I wasn't sure what this was. The hoisin worked very well though and we had no leftovers!! Thank you for the recipe!
