Our favorite spritz.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 236.59 ml butter
  • 158.51 ml sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4.92 ml almond extract
  • 591.47 ml flour

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar together.
  2. Add egg yolks and almond extract.
  3. Stir in flour, but don’t over mix.
  4. Press out with a spritz gun onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
