Oh how I love this chicken!!! Another great simple recipe from "HOORAY for Chicken". We enjoy with fresh tossed salad! Note* time displayed includes marinate time.

  1. Marinate chicken, water and hot sauce at least 1 hour, turning often (unless in a large zip lock bag).
  2. Combine flour and next four ingredients; stir well.
  3. Dredge chicken one at a time in flour until well coated.
  4. Discard marinade.
  5. Heat 1 inch oil to 350°.
  6. Fry chicken 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  7. Drain and enjoy!

This made a nice savory chicken, but we didn't consider it spicy at all. Still, very good.

We enjoyed this recipe for dinner the other night. I made as posted using all purpose flour. It was easy to put together and the flavor is spicy ~ well, spicy to me anyway ~ DH thought it could use more spice, LOL. Thanks for posting!
