  1. Nothing worse than someone copying a recipe and posting it as there own. This is a exact copy of a post on allrecipes 4 years older than your post. So sad

  2. We loved this recipe. Followed the recipe exactly but also did not deep fry the meat just stir-fried.

  3. Really good. I also did not deep fry it. The sauce is amazing. I served it alongside Spicy Noodle Salad. Thanks for a good one. will make again with rice.

  4. i'm only rating the sauce for this recipe. yes, i know, it isn't 'crispy' beef anymore if i pan-fry it. spicy beef then? haha. used rice wine and apple cider vinegar in the sauce. omitted the sugar and added slightly more honey instead. the sweetness was just right. i adjusted the serving size to a much smaller portion for myself. thanks for a great dish!

  5. I made this looking to recreate my favourite dish from a chinese take away- and it didn't disappoint!! Fantastic- have passed the recipe on to family and friends to enjoy!!

i collect cookbooks( I have a problem) I try at least one new recipe a week, sometimes several. Sometimes i will get hooked on a particular cuisine, course or ingredient. The kids still remember the cookie summer and our middle son is finally at a point where he will eat Greek gain.
