  1. Place berries in large bowl.
  2. Combine juice, sugar, cinnamon stick and star anise in saucepan.
  3. Stir over medium heat till sugar dissolves.
  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes till reduced.
  5. Stir in Grand Marnier.
  6. Cool to room temp then pour over berries.
  7. Let sit at least 30 minutes to develop flavours.
