- CUT ribs into 2-rib pieces. Place rib pieces in large microwaveable bowl; add water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 20 minute Drain off liquid and fat; discard.
- HEAT grill to medium heat. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce.
- GRILL ribs 10 minute or until barbecue sauce sets thickly, turning occasionally.
