Special Tomato Sauce

"This sauce will go great with any kind of pasta. It's also great with mozzarella cheese sticks. It's absolutely delicious and it's much better than the store bought stuff."

• Serves: 3-4

ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon basil
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 3 tablespoons fresh parsley

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together (except parsley) and simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Top with fresh Parsley.
