  • TIP: Use a ring mold or a pretty glass bowl.
  • Dissolve Jell-O in water; add lemon juice and pineapple syrup. Cool to room temperature.
  • Stir in gingerale or champagne. Chill until thick.
  • Fold in fruit. Chill until serving time.
  • Mix the ingredients together for the Coconut Dressing and chill until serving time.
