    Ingredients:

    Serves: 10

    Yield:

    loaf

    Units: US | Metric

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    2. 2
      Add sugar, salt, cheese, seasoning, oil and flour.
    3. 3
      Stir & add additional flour as needed to form a soft dough.
    4. 4
      Turn onto a floured surface & knead until smooth & elastic.
    5. 5
      Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease all sides of dough.
    6. 6
      Cover & let rise until double.
    7. 7
      Punch down and turn onto floured surface.
    8. 8
      Shape into loaf & place in a greased 5x9x3" loaf pan.

      Cover & let rise until double.
    10. 10
      Bake @350 (preheated) for 35-40 minutes.

      Cooking time includes the rising of the dough.

      I threw everything into my bread machine and it came out perfect. Great for a tomato and cheese sandwich. Thank you.

      This bread was great for dipping in olive oil. It was seasoned just right. It would probably make a beautiful garlic bread too...but it didn't last long enough here.

      Fabulous bread! My hubby said this was a perfect bread. We loved it!! I used Italian Dressing Seasoning Dry Mix since I keep this on hand at all times now. The bread rose perfectly. I didn't have no problems at all. I used to be scared to work with yeast but not anymore. I used to rely on my bread machine to do the work, but now I can do it!! :) Made for the "Flour Power" Challenge in April 2008 Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!!
