  1. In a large nonstick skillet, saute corn in butter until tender. Reduce heat to medium-low; add the tomato, lime juice, salt and cumin. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until heated through. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro.

Delicious!! Wish I had made more! The whole family loved the tasty, colorful corn side dish. So simple to make, I will definately make it again

its citrusy and went very well with recipe #213754 and recipe #304670 it added color , i didnt have fresh cilantro just dried and went very easy on it this is a pretty side on the plate.

This recipe was very good & easy to prepare. The cumin gives it a different flavor. I did use yellow & red peppers instead of the tomato, which I sauted before adding the corn. Turned out delish. Will be making again. Thanks for the recipe.
