Easy to make and loaded with flavor these baby-back ribs are a hit with my friends and family.

  1. Brush ribs lightly with prepared (Heinz, French's or your favorite) mustard. Mix and rub the above recipe on ribs 12 – 24 hours before cooking and wrap in heavy-duty foil.
  2. Cook in 275 degree oven for 2 hours 45 minutes.
  3. Unwrap and finish over a grill basting with either Cattleman's Classic or KC Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce.
  4. Enough for 3 racks of ribs.
