you can either have partridge or rabbit for this yummy dish, and serve with potatoes and side salad

  1. Heat the olive oil and add all the ingredients.
  2. cook slowly in a covered casserole until tender.Should the sauce become reduced and partridge are still tough, add 1 cup water (or more) until tender.
  3. Serve cold.
