A Nova Scotia specialty which has a feeling of spring. Use with thinly sliced cucumbers, or fresh garden lettuce.
- Mix well until blended.
- Keep refrigerated.
- Blend into salad, or serve with cucumbers.
Excellent! It may be a bit too sweet for some people's tastes so if I make it for guests I'll cut back on the sugar. I have a sweet tooth though, so I loved it :-)
My DH was asking me for a sour cream dressing that his Mom used to make. I treid this recipe first and it was right on. He was so happy. thanks.
