Soupy Sludge of Yum!

"I needed to use up some Tomato juice and this is the result. It was very yummy. It ends up looking like a watery bolognaise so it's not exactly a soup."

  • Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add Onion, Garlic, Ginger & Chilli. Stir for 30 seconds and then add Mince. Use medium heat.
  • Once the mince is mostly cooked, pour in the Tomato Juice and Paprika and stir through. Then add everything else except the Risoni.
  • Cover and leave to cook through for as long as it takes, close to 30 minutes depending on how large your chunks of potato are.
  • When the potatos are nearly cooked through, add the Risoni if you are going to.
  • Wait until the Risoni is done and then serve.
  • Enjoy.
