Homemade granola perfect for breakfast or snacking
- 15 cups oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup coconut oil
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup dates
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- Stir oats together with melted butter, oil and yogurt in a large bowl.
- fill bowl with water to just cover mixture.
- Let stand for 12 hous covered.
- Add honey, coconut and dates.
- Spread in greased cookie sheets and bake at 250F for 2 hours.
