I used sweet turkey sausage to make it even lower in fat and because my wife can't do spicy. It was still excellent and really, really easy.

  1. Cook sausage, turkey and onion in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes,stirring occasionally until sausage is done; drain.
  2. Stir in zucchini, parsley, basil and garlic.
  3. Cover and cook 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomatoes.
  5. Cook egg noodles as per package directions and drain.
  6. Toss noodles,salt and pepper.
  7. Top noodles with sausage mixture.
